RIVER/CITY, AND NEW WORKS BY JON LOWE – SEPTEMBER 3 – OCTOBER 3, 2020.

Sacramento, CA: Archival Gallery will present RIVER/CITY, a group show, on exhibition September 3 – October 3, 2020. Also showing on our Front Wall, New Works by Jonathan Lowe.

RIVER/CITY is a celebration of the unique landscapes, cities, and architecture of Northern California in all mediums. Featured artists include Richard Stein, Miles Hermann, Janet Weidel, Marie Gonzales, Stephanie Taylor, Jadelle Andrews, Jill Estroff, and more. The collection also includes works by the late Laureen Landau from her Land Park series, and California-based paintings by Jian Wang.

Jonathan Lowe is an award winning artist in the KVIE Art Auction and the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center, and presents New Works on our Front Wall in September. In his own words, “Over the years I have developed my own skill and philosophies about art. To be an artist is to be open minded. Its comfort the disturbed or disturbed the comforted. It is about everyday moments and not everyday moments. Never take the train. Let the train take you.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We do not anticipate a public Second Saturday reception for this exhibition. Visitors are welcome during normal business hours with no appointment needed, and must wear mask or face coverings at all times.
