FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Introductions 2025 – July 3-26, 2025
SACRAMENTO, June 1, 2025 – Archival Gallery will present INTRODUCTIONS 2025, July 3-26, 2025. The Introductions series is a Sacramento tradition for art galleries to present new and emerging artists, or established artists who are showing in the gallery for the first time. This year Archival Gallery introduces Alexis Moyer and Stephanie Steiner. The Gallery will be open for a Second Saturday Public Reception on July 12 from 5-8PM
“Alexis Moyer is a BFA ceramic artist who uses animals to tell stories. Her goal is the Pinocchio moment when the clay and found objects transform into an animated state and the eyes come alive in her creation. Stephanie Steiner is a Mexican-American contemporary artist known for merging natural elements of landscape and still-life with abstract forms. Her work appears in private and institutional collections including public art for the SF General Hospital Foundation.“
The Gallery will also present a special event July 9-12, The Art of the Golf Ball, featuring 36×36 golf balls that are painted or embellished by local artists. These pieces will be auctioned off in support of Meals on Wheels.
Gallery guests will also enjoy an updated Gallery Backroom featuring estate artwork and consignments, the California Art Gift Shop, and our working artist studio occupied by Davy Fiveash.
